7 Wonders Kitchen Restaurant @ Kajang

I have been hanging out in Kajang and found a restaurant with a 8TV HoChak sign on the door. Anyway, the restaurant is called 7 Wonders Kitchen and is reportedly being famous for its Zha Jiang Mian and fried rice.

One of the top selling dishes as listed by 7 Wonders Kitchen is this Grandmother Fried Rice @ RM4.50. Funny name eh? Well, there’s another fried rice called Mother Fried Rice, lol. At first glance it didn’t look very special and kinda empty, only a sunny side egg on top. Ingredients wise there were prawns, green pepper and chicken.

This is the popular Ma lak La Mee 麻辣拉面.If you like it super hot, this is very suitable for u!!!CAUTION:HOT!!!

Another top selling dish is this Boxing Chicken (another funny name lol) @ RM4 for four pieces. They look like those drummets you can buy from Ayamas, don’t they? I certainly hope not.Taste wise they were so-so, didn’t pack a lot of flavor. Better eat them enjoy them while they were still hot and crispy. For me, the biggest selling point for this dish is that each piece costs only RM1.

After watching the HoChak episode online only I knew some kind of spicy and sour sauce is used to fry the rice, and the green peppers were to provide additional kick. Not really recommended for those who don’t like green peppers, as the flavor was pretty strong.
